CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2010 IGP PAYS D’OC
The blackcurrant and mulberry flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape really shine through in this wine. That’s because we decided to bottle it while fresh, rather than mature it in oak barrels. As a result, it’s softer and juicier than Cabernet Sauvignon from Bordeaux and
not as heavy as those from the New World. Soft and juicy enough
to drink on its own, it’s also excellent with red or white meat,
cheese or with a barbecue.
